Refund policy

For eligible online purchases, you may normally notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving your print. Once you have notified us, you normally have a further 14 days to return it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To cancel, email contact@mysticzoo.co.uk with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please contact us before posting a return. The returns address is Mystic Zoo Limited, Suite 15, 2 Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1UE.

For a non-faulty cancellation, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked and appropriately insured service and ask that you retain proof of posting.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. Mystic Zoo pays reasonable return postage for confirmed faults.
